Coffee Creek Golf Course
As General Manager of Coffee Creek golf course in Edmond, Oklahoma and the representative of our ownership group, it was my duty to work to sell Coffee Creek golf course. River Bend Golf Course and Resort
I am an experienced Real Estate professional working and living in Brownsville, Texas. My brother and I own and operate Coastal Realty and we are experienced investors owning various types of residential and commercial real estate. The Golf Club at Surrey Hills
As Executive Vice President of First National Bank & Trust in Chickasha, Oklahoma, I was responsible for any REO properties that our Bank might own. We had a golf course called Surrey Hills that was in default and the bank was responsible for its disposition. I was the sole owner of Oak Grove golf course in Texarkana, Texas for over 15 years. I was a PGA Professional and businessman. While I enjoyed managing Oak Grove, the situation in my life dictated that I free myself from the responsibilities of day to day management of the golf course. I owned multiple residential lots and income producing apartments located adjacent to and around the golf course. I wanted to sell the golf course and the surrounding real estate as one transaction.
