We offer to visit your golf course and prepare a Broker Price Opinion of Value (BPO) to help you know what your golf course could sell for today.  In addition to the financial analysis which is designed to determine a valuation based on comparative capitalization values and risk analysis over holding periods not unlike typical appraisal processes, we will also provide analysis that is meant to tell a “seller” what we can realistically expect to get for the property today versus” what one thinks the property should be worth” based on projected future incomes..
