Thomas Cummings, CCIM has been a licensed real estate broker since 1979 and has been responsible for the management and sale of many commercial real estate properties in Texas and the U.S.A. His real estate background is uniquely complemented by his education and experience in accounting, banking and securities.

Tommy has achieved the highly respected designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) which is defined as an "Expert" in commercial investment real estate.  He is a native Texan and holds a BBA from Sam Houston State University with over 15 hours in post graduate hours in accounting.

Tommy has completed many millions of dollars in commercial real estate transactions.  He has unique experience with bank REO properties as he served as V.P. of Real Estate for Resource Savings in Dallas and also served as the National Sales Director for the Resolution Trust in 1988 - 1990 with an REO portfolio of commercial real estate of over $15 Billion.
